Still Here

The story came first. The structure came after.

Project Equilibrium did not begin as a business plan. It began with a person who almost did not make it, then kept noticing the same gaps from the inside.

Still Here is the memoir. Project Equilibrium is what happened when the patterns needed somewhere useful to go.

Origin

The truest sentence was: I am still here.

Late autism diagnosis, trauma, burnout, grief, pattern recognition, and survival all became part of the foundation. The point is not to turn pain into branding. The point is to stop wasting what survival taught.

What came after

The gaps were not personal failures.

The systems meant to help are often scattered, slow, and built for people who already know how to ask. Families fall through the space between them. Project Equilibrium is being built from those spaces, not above them.

Public build

Not invented far away and dropped onto a community.

This begins in a real home, with real people, three dogs, local constraints, and a town close enough to keep the work honest.

Quiet is enough

Tables, tablets, QR codes, branch cards, and honest conversation can carry the first public moment.

Local-first

Foothills first

The work begins where the founder lives, not as a distant model dropped into place.
